It's a FREE monthly networking group for real estate investors in Shenzhen.
A relaxed monthly meetup for real estate investors, developers and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.
People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.
Investors (from first-timers to landlords with rental portfolios), developers, sourcing agents, brokers, attorneys, architects and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.
This is an established, recurring event — if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
If you would like increased visibility you can buy a paid promotion ticket for a select number of industries, with a limit of 2 tickets at each event. A paid ticket gives you a promotional mailing to everyone attending this date and a mailing to everyone who attended a previous date, plus an Instagram story and a WhatsApp group status announcing your attendance. To obtain this, just buy the relevant paid ticket before it sells out.
